*Job Description:*

As a member of our waitstaff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Service:* Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service to all guests. Greet guests, take orders, and answer any questions about the menu.

2. *Order Accuracy:* Accurately record and relay guest orders to the kitchen staff. Ensure that all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated and accommodated.

3. *Table Maintenance:* Set up and maintain clean and well-organized dining areas. Clear tables efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

4. *Menu Knowledge:* Be knowledgeable about the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods. Offer recommendations and assist guests in making choices.

5. *Beverage Service:* Take drink orders and serve beverages. Comply with all alcohol service regulations and policies.

6. *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, and fellow waitstaff to ensure smooth service operations. Communicate guest feedback and special requests to the kitchen.

7. *Payment Processing:* Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment. Process bills and provide guests with a pleasant and efficient checkout experience.

8. *Adherence to Policies:* Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and dress code.

*Qualifications:*

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
– Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
– Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
